CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP:
Powercall CRM is a powerful software application
that merges the power of telephony with CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) software to offer you an instant mini-call centre with;
• CLI screen pops on incoming calls
• One or double-Click outbound dialing
• Easy Database administration (Customers, Suppliers, Staff, etc)
• Call Events list with written comments, call costs, time/date,
duration and telephone number
• Voice Recording with email (record all call or on demand only)
• Tasks & reminders & Appointment Schedules
The CTi telephone connects to either a PSTN or PBX analogue telephone
line. It has a data port (RS232 or USB converter) for connection to a
PC, which handles all the data from phone to PC and vice-versa. In
addition, the CTi phone is directly connected to the TX (microphone) and
Rx (speaker) connections on the PC’s soundcard for telephone recording
purposes and listening to recorded messages confidentially, or even
making VOIP calls (i.e. using Skype).
Includes, CTI telephone, cables, software and power adapter
Optional: Headsets, USB to serial adapter
Requirements: PC with spare serial port and loaded with Microsoft 2000,
XP or higher and Outlook Contacts 2000 or higher.

Powercall brings the power of telephony to Microsoft Outlook contacts.
Please see below some of the nifty features that will help you increase
productivity and get to know your customers better, for increased
customer loyalty and business.
INCOMING CALL POP-UP
(requires CLI to be activated on PSTN or PBX)
If calling number is in your contact database, contact details are
instantly shown on your screen for easy reference and personalised
service.
OUTBOUND ONE-CLICK-DIAL
Simply open up contacts or calls list in Powercall and click on any of
the relevant numbers to make a quick one-click outgoing call
VOICE RECORDING (with e-mail send option)
Record phone calls automatically or on demand. Time date stamped, with
facility to add note to call record. Email recording as an attachment
using Outlook. Private listening option (requires optional headset).
VOICEMAIL
Voicemail will answer your calls while you’re out of the office...and be
your secretary by recording messages. When you return to your office you
will see a message waiting alert on the screen. Alternatively, dial into
your office, enter password and listen to all your messages from
anywhere in the World.
CALL MANAGEMENT
Keep track of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls, by date, time,
duration, number dialled, CLI number/name or recorded message. Dial
directly from list or save to contacts.
